    Fictitious Logo Brief Required Please

Normally I would say that designing to a fictitious brief is a waste as although you are getting the practice, nobody really benefits from what you produce.

However, for somebody with no experience of logo design at all, looking to learn, I think this is the only option.

Can somebody come up with a decent fictitious logo brief for Daniel Martin, he is only 14, looking to study design when he leaves school and is looking to get some practice in.

@ Daniel, I don't want to see any designs in reply to the brief you decide on for at least 5 days from starting the project, it would be good to see your thinking as to how you got to the end result including draft designs to get there. You really need to think about what you are doing, so no rushing

I'm in the same boat as daniel so I'll try something. I want a logo for the business name ''instinct''. We are specialists in event catering. I want my logo to represent the proffesionlism of my business , the qualities we offer and in someway the care we take with our customers. But yet we want the logo to look attractive , eye catching. Something that makes us stand out to the other competitors in the field. Good Luck

I like it if it's a draft, but for me it's not eye catching enough - needs colour and maybe more shapes

    Hi Daniel
I like where you are going with the knives and forks. I would ask you to explore this one further? Maybe try incorporating the Knife and fork into the typography....
