It's quite nice on the whole . The leading is a bit tight between your name and 'graphic communication'. I'd imagine 'graphic communication' will be lost at small sizes too - have you tested this? (Print out the design at the smallest size you are likely to use it at). I also wouldn't put those dots in after it.
