Properly space out the letters in "YOUR NAME", they're merging which you don't want. I assume you're using Photoshop – either set the tracking to 0 and the V/A setting of the text to be "Optical" or move each letter individually (hold alt and use left/right arrow keys to increase/decrease the kerning). I'd look to do something more exciting with the gold bar beneath too, maybe break it into gradually larger sections to imply motion. The angle of the text makes it seem as though it's got movement so I'd carry that across to the bar too.
Maybe you could make Tracer a bit bigger, put more of the focus on her face and gun? This would also help to unweight the design from the centre. Everything's kind of happening in the centre, make her bigger to add some interest elsewhere.
