Anybody use Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 Ultimate?

Just realised that Corel have released Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 Ultimate not so long ago and I was wondering if anybody actually uses it?

I have a Sony HDR-SR1 camcorder that records in AVCHD and at the moment my hard disk is crammed with un-edited footage, was thinking of buying this as it supports AVCHD and is only £67.49

VideoStudio X2 - Video Editing

Anybody have any advice on this as to be honest I know nothing about editing? Only bought the camcorder to film my sons early years.
