Firefox and Add Ons

Anyone expert with Firefox. I'm going mad.

I have lots of computers, all networked, all use Firefox - however one will not work with add ons.
I've tried everything. The add ons download by I cannot install them.

I hate losing, but on this occasion the PC is winning.

Help Help Help.

Any pearls of wisdom gratefully received.
