Default Magazine Publishing

Hello all =]. Been a while since my last post, been a silent browser!

I am thinking of setting up a magazine to go with my new forum, that is specifically for young, small and start-up businesses. It will start as an eMag, and depending on popularity will be hard published and sent to subscribers and possibly some shops. I have a couple of qs I would like to ask first though.

a. Would you subscribe if it was free?
b. Would you subscribe for a small fee?
c. Would you pay a larger fee to get a hard copy?
d. Would you be interested in contributing to the magazine for ad space?
e. Any other comments?

Thanks for your helps =].

GC

PS. Could you possibly do me a favour? Text Elect Chris to 80800? It is free. Find out more by visiting UK Youth Parliament : Making Our Mark

a. Would you subscribe if it was free?
Yes

b. Would you subscribe for a small fee?
Depends how much and what the mag offers/is about.

c. Would you pay a larger fee to get a hard copy?
Doubt it.

d. Would you be interested in contributing to the magazine for ad space?
Yes definitely, start-up businesses are my target audience.

e. Any other comments?
What's the magazine going to be about/offer?

a. Would you subscribe if it was free?
Yes

b. Would you subscribe for a small fee?
Not really as i would assume you were making your money from the advertising and would just use the services of Business Link instead as these are free.

c. Would you pay a larger fee to get a hard copy?
No

d. Would you be interested in contributing to the magazine for ad space?
Only if you could/would agree that no other agency would have ads on the same spread as my own ad.

e. Any other comments?
What kind of content are you thinking of including? Will it just be designed related advice or all the whole lot?

Thanks for all inputs.

I have decided I will go ahead with this venture, and maybe even start an internet publishing business.

Many thanks
