Debt collection

Can anyone recommend a debt collection service. I've heard that you can sell a debt on, whereby you pay a commission and a debt collection agency takes on the debt and it is then up to them to retrieve it. Has anyone had any experience of this or similar services?

Or they just buy the whole debt outright at a fraction of what its owed. it depends on how well your debt is documented.

How much, where?
Do you have a written order and invoice?
Is there any dispute about the goods?
You can sell the debt but you won't get much for it.
