Where do you look for jobs? Where to advertise

Hi all

Where do designers look for jobs these days?

We will soon be looking to fill a new design/marketing/front end web position so I'm just exploring the best places to get it seen by prospective candidates.

So far we're considering:

• Gumtree
• The guardian website
• Agency sites like mac people / creative people (now become)
• Various design related forums
• Magazines like Design Week / Creative Review / .net

Anyone have any other suggestions or general comments?

I personally found Gumtree to be useless finding jobs and when I placed a job on it not a lot better.
