    Looks a bit like Fertigo Bold Italic. Don't think that's exactly it but it's quite close.

    Obviously there's many similar ones, but I think the closest few are the Wunderlich or Columbia "Bold-Italic" family.

    The little flicks at the tops remind me slightly of Zapf Chancery.. but it is definitely not that!
