What font is the 'Owl & Pussycat' in

Im sorry about the picture, its not a very good one,
but its one I have to work with unfortunatley.

Tough to make out from the pic but isn't that a hand painted sign (and as such probably doesn't have an exact font match)?

Almost, but although Optima has a suggestion of something going on at the terminal points, it's a sans serif font strictly speaking: I think the Owl font is more clearly serifed.
