wolf's rain font

Hello!
I've got a problem with wolf's rain font..does it come in capitals only? My client claims that on his computer it comes in lower and upper case. My iMac shows me capitals only...is there a solution?
please help

... so it appears it does have lower case characters but they're just smaller versions of the caps.
