Times New Roman is great!

Hi,

I'm currently studying my foundation diploma in art and design, and beginning my final major project. The concept behind my project is a study of Times New Roman. I'm not entirely sure on what I will produce but I am really interested in looking at the font and coming up with an interesting response to the font.

Basically, I just wanted to know what everyone thought about using Times New Roman in design, and actually general opinion of the font. I'm well aware that the font can be extremely snared upon in design. Would be great to hear from anyone!
