    Which Font Style

    Hi Guys
At the moment I am working on my personal website but I have hit a brick wall and can't find a good looking font for my page headings. I have used all the bog standard ones in dreamweaver but they don't look right, can any point me in the right right direction of what fonts are available for a website apart from the standard boring ones?

    Hi George,

After a little research, I came across this website List of browser compatible fonts or which fonts to use on web sites which tells you at the bottom which fonts are ideal for website use.

I personally wouldn't use any other ones for compatibility reasons unless I use the font within an image.

    Hope this helps!

    Alright Danny
I suppose it is better to use fonts that are compatible across the board rather than hoping for the best, when I have finished it I can get a review and ask for suggestions

There are ways of using CSS to have any font you like on your site, mind you. Take a look at this; How To Use Custom Fonts On Your Website With CSS

Some people don't really like it but it's always an option if you like.

I knew someone would have a good answer for me, I will give that a try after work. Thanks, other comments also welcome.

Checkout Google's Font Directory they have quite a few decent ones which are all free to use.
