I had a quick search on the Font Database, and the closest one I could see was: Albany-Bold « MyFonts

Its not an exact match, but if you lower the height a little, you could almost pass with it.

Cerulean NF « MyFonts

Its a bit heavier though and the 'O' isn't squashed as it is in your example.
