Help with Fonts Downloads

Heya,
I was hoping someone kind on this here forum could help me out.
I was half way through a project and now having changed computer there is a font missing that i REALLY need to complete this project properly..

The font i need to find is Connecticut

tried google searching them but no luck..

any help?
