Looking for Talented Website Designer / Business Partner

I'm currently looking for a very creative web designer or graphic designer that has ambitions of running their own digital design agency.

I have a great source of new business leads that need websites and logos designed for them. I also have a few ideas of other areas to explore in order to drum up plenty of business.

What i propose is a partnership. I can bring in most of the business and have experience with web development / coding. I need somebody to do the majority of the design work and interact with customers directly.

The ideal business partner would be somebody with some ideas of their own coupled with a passion for creating a long term successful business.

I want to offer a service of a certain quality, so it's important that you are able to provide me with some links to your previous work / portfolio.
