Default If airlines advertised for pilots the way designers jobs are advertised

It's probably just me who sees things like this.

Rapidly expanding our routes to take in such household names as the United States, Australia, Canada & Canvey Island, we are now looking to recruit enthusiastic pilots to join our winning team.

You will need to be completely familiar with the entire range of Airbus & Boeing aircraft. As well as this you should be able to direct passengers to their seats and perform all pre flight demonstrations, distribute inflight meals, and deal with any in flight passenger queries or emergencies.

A firm grasp of aircraft maintenance and engineering would be advantageous to the right candidate.

Surely you forget the fact the new recruit must have solid 'pre-flight' skills as well as be fluent in: JFK; IATA; LAX and LHR.

I can think of two benefits on the design side: You are less likely to loose your job if found drunk in charge of your machine after a pub lunch; Crashes are a lot less messy and no one gets hurt (unless the deadline is looming and they get in the way of the flying mouse!)
