Suppliers who treat you like something they scraped off their boot. I've just got off the phone with Xamax - who basically abused me for asking for a quote on separation costs in T-Shirt printing. Basically the woman asked me why I was calling them, I explained, and she managed to tell me that it was stupid to ask that question, because of course there was a higher cost for complex separations. This is exactly what I phoned to find out...
I know that communication can be a bit hard to get right, but surely it just makes sense to be polite and try and chat things through with the person you're on the line to. I certainly won't be using them in the future.
