My varies based on my mood, I have to be careful that I don't drink too much coffee otherwise I go abit mental

I was so disappointed at the content of this thread

I like tea with milk and 1 sugar (though at the moment, I'm completely off tea)

Too much milk sounds about right. Look at the state of the fridge since you've gone:

Don't ask me why there's a bottle of bubbly in that fridge, I opted for the tea no sugar option! (although at work I tend to drink coffee).
