My varies based on my mood, I have to be careful that I don't drink too much coffee otherwise I go abit mental

Too much milk sounds about right. Look at the state of the fridge since you've gone:
 Don't ask me why there's a bottle of bubbly in that fridge, I opted for the tea no sugar option! (although at work I tend to drink coffee). |
