A little while ago, my mac techie told me not to look to upgrading to CS5 until Acrobat X was incorporated into it (or else you cough up extra for Acrobat as a separate package...). Apparently the X version of Acrobat is incorporated in 5.5 and is meant to overcome a lot of the high-res pdf production issues between Apple and Adobe - mainly for those involved with print.

You're right, on the Adobe site it says CS5.5 includes Acrobat X.

I think I'm a bit behind... I've only just noticed the subscription is now available in the UK (I've checked up on it a couple of times since it was released in Australia a couple of years or so ago and just happened to stumble upon it today).

Anybody signed up? Any opinions either way?
Even buying the upgrade I would want on my current config costs more than the full price subscription over 1 year, so it seems reasonable on the surface having only skimmed through the info so far. It looks like you can use the free 30 day 5.5 trial and then subscribe once that expires too so effectively have a free month.
