Because i am using currently "Adobe Photoshop cs5 extended" And "Adobe Fireworks cs5"
Is there anything better? Or should i stick?

I know alot of photographers who prefer Aperture and/or Lightroom but as far as grapic design goes Photoshop is the way forward!
