I'm looking for a good guide to Photoshop and Illustrator and for photoshop I've come across these two: Photoshop CS5: The Missing Manual: Amazon.co.uk: Lesa Snider: Books & Adobe Photoshop CS5 Classroom in a Book Classroom in a Book Adobe: Amazon.co.uk: Adobe Creative Team: Books

Has anyone used either? And do you have any feedback please?

I'm quite competent on Photoshop as I've been using it for a while but wanted a more in-depth knowledge, but Illustrator I've literally just started and though it might be worth me looking through any graphic design forums for tutorials?
