Default text box in-design

What dumb question here lol

I drew a text box (click and drag) on a new layer an inputted the text to fit nicely in the box, but now the text box wont dissapear when i click away or even on a different tool...its very integrating, as i wna see how my work looks after all the guides have disappeared.

How do i do this ppl? thnks

btw, i only have my bleed, actual size and safety margin on, no other guides are on.

On the toolbox on the left, at the very bottom is a little box. Click and hold on it then select preview. To return to normal just go back and select that :)
