Hey guys. Apologises for being a pain in the butt. I wanted to know how do I create these lines in the background (the red and yellow ones)

Oh dear! If on a computer use an illustration application. If using pens, pencils and paint....draw them and colour them in and then scan them.

Sorry I didn't mean to take the mick, and everyone has to start somewhere, but it was a weird question.

I think whichever method you use, there will be some playing around. You could also try the liquify tool, and apply forward warping and puckering. Turbulence could also help you achieve the effect of somebody squeezing the can, but it's rather tricky without practice.
