Having had an issue lately where a client point blank refused they told me to proceed with a print job after the sent me a confirmation e-mail! (I had to re-print the job as it had errors on it!!
)
I've been looking around for something where I could upload a proof and have a client either comment on it with changes or give me approval.
Found this site today and signed up to it to try it out:

I've had a client test it out with a proof for an A3 NCR set I'm designing for her and its been great. She can leave comments on the artwork specifying changes and also highlight and draw basic shapes. It also keeps a history of everything and all the revisions.
Some of you may want to check it out if you don't already have a proofing system in place.
